By booking a service with CGValeting, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how we operate and what we require to complete our services safely and effectively.
CGValeting is a mobile valeting service, meaning we come to you. However, we require a safe and accessible location to work, including:
A driveway or off-road parking area.
A private workplace parking space (with written permission from management).
We cannot operate on public roads or unsafe locations that could pose a risk to ourselves or others.
To complete our services effectively, we require:
Access to an outdoor water tap for cleaning supplies.
A power outlet to plug in our equipment (we carry an extension cord).
Enough space to work safely around the vehicle.
If these conditions are not met, we may have to cancel or reschedule the service, and a call-out fee may apply.
We aim to restore your car to a spotless condition using professional tools and products. We will always do our best to remove dirt, stains, and marks, but some deep scratches or heavy stains may not be fully removable. If excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains require additional cleaning time, an extra charge may apply. We will always confirm this before proceeding.
Free cancellations or reschedules if made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
If bad weather (heavy rain, snow, storms) prevents safe work, we may reschedule.
Before we arrive, please ensure:
The vehicle is accessible and parked correctly.
Personal belongings are removed, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Any special requests (such as avoiding specific cleaning products) are communicated in advance.
Customers may prepay for their service at the time of booking or pay upon completion of the valet.
We accept cash, card, or bank transfer for payment.
Prices depend on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.
Any additional costs will be discussed beforehand—no hidden charges.
We take great care in our work, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns after your valet, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address them.
