By booking any service with CGValeting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement and ensure clarity and protection for both the customer and CGValeting. We may update these terms periodically, and the most recent version will apply to all bookings.
CGValeting operates as a mobile service, attending customer-specified locations. To maintain safety, quality, and compliance with regulations, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The vehicle must be located on private property (driveway, private car park, or approved workplace bay with management permission)
❌ We do not operate on public highways, communal spaces without consent, or locations where our activities may obstruct traffic or pedestrians
We reserve the right to decline service if the environment presents safety concerns or violates local laws
To ensure accurate pricing, all vehicles are classified into standard categories:
Category. Description. Examples
Small - Compact hatchbacks and city cars - Ford Fiesta, VW Polo, Toyota Yaris
Medium - Saloons and standard estate vehicles - Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, Skoda Octavia
Large- SUVs, 4x4s, larger estate vehicles - Range Rover, Nissan Qashqai, Audi Q5
Additional details:
🔧 For vehicles outside these categories (e.g. campervans, pickups, MPVs, limousines), a bespoke quote will be provided
⚠️ Misclassification during booking may result in pricing adjustment or service refusal at the time of appointment
To deliver quality valeting services, customers must ensure the following are available:
Clean, running outdoor water supply (hose tap or equivalent)
Standard household power socket (we carry long leads for extension)
Adequate space around the vehicle for safe movement and equipment setup
If access is restricted or unavailable upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge a £10 call-out fee and reschedule.
CGValeting delivers premium results using professional-grade tools and solutions. However:
Permanent damage (e.g. deep scratches, worn fabric) may not be fully correctable
We do not guarantee removal of every stain but will use best efforts to significantly improve appearance
Services may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, and heavily soiled interiors may be subject to an excess cleaning surcharge (discussed on-site)
We are not liable for restoration of aftermarket modifications, accessories, or pre-existing damage
For premium treatments like ceramic coatings or paint correction:
Pre-inspection may be required to determine suitability
CGValeting is not liable for coatings applied to surfaces with unseen defects (e.g. microcracks, oxidised areas)
Post-coating maintenance advice will be provided and must be followed to retain durability and warranty (if applicable)
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a £15 service charge
In the case of inclement weather where safe operation is not possible, CGValeting will reschedule without penalty
If poor weather affects only part of the vehicle (e.g. external wash) we may offer partial service or alternative adjustments
To allow smooth service delivery, customers are expected to:
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to valet
Disclose any known issues (e.g. faulty electrics, interior damage, aftermarket installations) before service
Make the vehicle accessible and parked correctly at the scheduled time
Ensure pets or individuals do not obstruct the work area
We are not liable for lost items left inside the vehicle or damage resulting from undisclosed faults.
All pricing is subject to vehicle size, condition, and selected services
Customers may receive an estimated quote during booking, which is subject to adjustment upon inspection
Final price will be confirmed before starting work — no hidden fees
Accepted payment methods: cash, card (subject to availability), bank transfer
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless pre-arranged otherwise
With customer consent, CGValeting may take before/after photos of vehicles to showcase results:
Photos are used for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers)
Customer identity and registration plates will be obscured unless permission is granted
Customers may request that no media be captured — please inform us in advance
CGValeting may offer diagnostic scans and servicing options upon request:
Any scan results provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute certified mechanical advice
For servicing add-ons (e.g. filter replacements, basic maintenance), CGValeting is not liable for pre-existing faults or mechanical complications
Customers must disclose known vehicle issues and manufacturer warranties that may conflict with third-party servicing
We pride ourselves on exceptional service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your valet, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
We offer touch-up or re-cleaning where appropriate based on photographic proof and technician review
Requests outside this window may not be eligible for remedial work
CGValeting accepts no responsibility for:
Electrical faults triggered by vehicle defects
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or aftermarket modifications
Loss of personal items not removed by the customer
Reactions to cleaning products if prior warning was not given
Our technicians are trained to work with care and precision. All work is conducted at the customer’s own risk.
